These Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Remica mobile applications, websites, APIs, family collaboration tools, reminder services, AI-powered features, document processing features, notification services, and related products and services (collectively, the "Services").

3. User Accounts

4. AI Assistant Disclaimer

Remica makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability, suitability, or availability of AI-generated content. Users remain solely responsible for decisions, actions, schedules, purchases, deadlines, communications, and outcomes based on AI-generated content.

7. Reminder and Notification Services

Remica provides reminder and notification services on a best-effort basis. Delivery may depend on device settings, operating system permissions, mobile carriers, internet connectivity, third-party notification providers, and user settings.

Users remain solely responsible for tracking important deadlines, appointments, medications, bills, renewals, obligations, and events. Remica shall not be liable for missed reminders, delayed notifications, failed deliveries, or resulting damages.

9. Document Uploads and AI Processing

Users may upload documents to assist with reminder creation, planning, organization, and record management. Reminder-only documents may be processed and removed after successful extraction. Documents intentionally saved by users may be retained as reminder attachments.

Users retain ownership of uploaded content. By uploading documents, users grant Remica permission to process content for the purpose of providing requested Services and represent that they have all necessary rights to upload and process submitted content.

10. Subscription Services

Remica may offer Free, Premium, Pro, and Family plans, usage-based credits, and add-on purchases. Features, limits, quotas, pricing, and benefits may change over time. Subscription features are described within the application and may be updated periodically.

11. Apple Subscription Terms

Subscriptions purchased through Apple are governed by Apple's billing systems. Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled before the renewal date. Payment will be charged through the Apple account associated with the purchase. Users may manage or cancel subscriptions through Apple Account Settings. Refund requests are governed by Apple's policies and procedures. Remica does not control Apple's billing systems or refund decisions.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, REMICA AI, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, PARTNERS, AFFILIATES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

17. Family Hub / Child Accounts

Remica provides Family Hub features that allow users to create, manage, and share information with invited family members and other authorized participants. Users are solely responsible for determining who is invited into their family groups.

By sharing information within Family Hub, users acknowledge that authorized family members may view, modify, complete, or delete shared content depending on assigned permissions. Remica is not responsible for disputes arising from shared family content, accidental deletions, unauthorized family sharing, or misunderstandings between family members. Users should exercise caution before sharing sensitive information through Family Hub.

Child Account Disclosure

Parents or legal guardians are responsible for creating, managing, supervising, and removing child accounts. They are also responsible for configuring child permissions, visibility settings, Family Hub access, and ensuring the appropriate use of child accounts.

Remica does not verify parental authority or legal guardianship. By creating or managing a child account, you represent that you are legally authorized to do so and accept responsibility for that child's use of the application.

18. Acceptable Use Policy

Remica reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or terminate accounts engaged in prohibited activities without notice.

• Harass, threaten, intimidate, or abuse others.
• Upload malware, viruses, ransomware, or harmful software.
• Attempt unauthorized access to accounts, systems, databases, or networks.

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code.
• Interfere with service operations.
• Generate excessive automated traffic.
• Upload unlawful, harmful, or infringing content.

19. Intellectual Property Rights

All Remica software, technology, code, algorithms, user interfaces, designs, logos, trademarks, branding, documentation, graphics, and content are owned by Remica AI or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to users.

Users receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Services solely for personal or authorized business use in accordance with these Terms.

• Documents intentionally saved by users may remain attached to reminders until deleted by the user.
• Account data may be retained while accounts remain active.

22. Service Availability

Remica strives to maintain reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. Features may be modified, suspended, discontinued, replaced, or enhanced at any time. Remica shall not be liable for temporary or permanent service interruptions.

23. Account Suspension and Termination

24. Indemnification

This obligation survives account termination.

27. Entire Agreement

If any provision is determined to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect. Failure to enforce any provision shall not constitute a waiver of future enforcement rights.
